Rene Dreyfus was a French race car driver in the 1920 and 30s, winning the Grand Prix of Monaco in a Bugatti in 1930. After WWII, he became an American citizen and with his brother, Maurice, opened Le Chanteclair in NYC which became a meeting place for the auto racing community. Cool history, cool collectible.
