Blenko Glass Aviator and Bobby

Designed by Don Shepherd for Blenko in the 70's, fun clay-molded glass bookends produced by D.A.S. Designs. Love these characters! An aviator and a bobby. Heavy, 4.5 lbs. each, textured, light-reflecting glass that are designed correctly to actually hold books. Shepherd created about 14 figures for the IceFloe line before his departure in 1977. Blenko released these bookends until 1988. About 9.5" tall and 2.5" thick.
